Aragon is a platform for creating DAOs that meets the needs of setting up a DAF like the one we planned, Aragon is built on Ethereum, the largest smart contract platform and the second largest blockchain in the world, so we can easily interoperate with other Dapps which can be used by the federation and the member DAOs, as well as opening up the possibility for direct donations with stable currencies or other tokens. All funds are used transparently and can be verified on the blockchain.

The federative points are tokens necessary to have voting power and proposal strength, any individual can receive tokens, as well as any DAO linked to the federation. These tokens cannot be transferred, which is recommended, as the original tokens come with a reputation that will make a total difference to the approval of a proposal.

The resolution proposals in the Drayker DFM model work with prior strategy and intelligence for the execution and development of the proposal that must be submitted to the different levels of review and approval of the DFMP model specific to the type of proposal or follow the good practices of the EIP (Emergence Initiative Proposal).

The proposals that have some need for economic support or receive federative points, after being approved by the first phases of debate and community review, they can create a DAO and submit a proposal to the federation if necessary resources, that request donations for their project and receive federative points for their participation.

These resources should only be requested from federation in situations of extreme need and utility, their management must be planned to be used with the maximum efficiency possible, having specified the model, remembering that the federation is not for profit and everything must be very transparent. The federation supports itself through donations and fundraising projects, creating different forms with all interested parties. Through the DFMPProject model thousands of fundraising projects can be created and with the Emergence Initiative the only limit is our imagination and our ethics.

The Drayker embassy will campaigns to raise funds directly for the federation, where all resources will be managed with maximum transparency, anyone can create their own campaign in favor of the federation, on a voluntary basis, and the embassy and the main responsible for doing and encourage.

The embassy, together with the intelligence and strategy councils, will carry out different campaigns with a focus on popularizing Drayker, encouraging volunteering and donations to the federation. Average 51% of FRTs will be under control of the embassy to avoid possible game theory flaws and protect federation funds from attacks and fraud until all vectors are under control.

For a proposal to be approved in the federation, it must receive at least 51% of the total votes of federative tokens, having to have approval of at least half of the votes in a simple majority, 51%. Without at least 30% participation, not even a vote goes forward.

Smaller projects should give preference to making proposals for other DAOs of the federation, which are more related, as they are more likely to be approved.

A DAO that started first may have more federative tokens and yet, your proposal should be efficient and useful to the ecosystem, just like a new DAO. If a DAO does not comply with the proposal, it will lose a certain amount of FRTs, according to the federation's judgment.
